After 20 years with Chevron in refinery management, Lonnie started Quality Consultants to assist those who wish to make a large cultural change, especially in the field of lean manufacturing. Quality Consultants specializes in applying the Toyota "Respect for People" concept, which in leanspeak is workforce engagement.
