Mike Claudio has spent the last 14 years not just selling products but learning how to go out and develop a business.
His sales and management career started in the retail industry with Verizon Wireless. He later worked in their Enterprise Sales Department. During his time in Corporate America, he was given some of the best training in the world and developed a passion for communication and the client experience.
While Mike’s formal training is in the corporate setting, he’s always been pulled toward smaller companies where he can work with entrepreneurs to help them bring big changes to grow their business.
Mike found his love and passion for the people, processes, and services of the construction industry when he was given the opportunity to work with a residential remodeling company in Charlotte, North Carolina.
After helping to lay the foundation at the remodeling company, Mike looked for new opportunities with construction companies with even bigger growth plans. He landed at a commercial and residential roofing and siding company. In his first 12 months with the company, he brought in over $2 million in sales and helped the sales team to more than double their revenue year-over-year.
He has proven his systems and processes to Identify, Target, Qualify and Acquire clients’ work. He is now the founder and CEO of WinRate Consulting, where he has helped countless people reach their goals. He also builds up-and-coming Champions through A Champion’s Shoes, his non-profit organization that provides shoes for children in need.
Mike is an inspiring coach, an admirable friend, a successful entrepreneur, an extraordinary father, and an exceptional husband.
He is consistent. He is loyal. He is strong. And he has found a way to use all these attributes and life lessons to pour into championship-worthy entrepreneurs.
Mike teaches what he knows through empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. This is one of Mike's greatest assets. Being able to understand what others are feeling has influenced his way of life. Every process he implements, every action he takes, every conversation he has is built around the question, "What impact will this leave?" Being an empath is not for the faint of heart, and someone who is strong enough to appreciate how others feel without bearing the load for them makes for an incredible person to have in your corner.
Mike instills the belief in everyone he meets that if you consistently do the work, the results will come. He truly believes you are capable and worthy of success; you just need to want it badly enough.
