At 45, he looked around at the destruction he had created in his life and others' lives. He couldn't live with the pain. He decided he had to become a better man, a better person. So he dedicated the rest of his life to becoming the man he wanted to be. He got rid of the a-hole.

Then he started to see how many women deal with too many a-holes and difficult men.

And he realized he could teach women how to deal with difficult men — so women are no longer hurt, in pain, manipulated or controlled by men's difficult behaviours.

He wants women to take control and take back their power to increase their safety, freedom, and options in their lives.
