Ralph D. Ellis

Ralph Ellis received his PhD in Philosophy at Duquesne University and a postdoctoral M.S. in Public Affairs at Georgia State University. He has taught at Clark Atlanta University since 1985, and is interested in integrating the social sciences with the philosophy of mind. His various books in this area are listed at the Ralph D. Ellis co-authored with Natika Newton How the Mind Uses the Brain (2010), and is Co-Editor with Peter Zachar of the John Benjamins Consciousness & Emotion book series (see www.benjamins.nl/jbp).
