Kathie Baset

Kathie has been the "beacon of light" in her career as she guided her clients in their next steps toward success. Kathie loves writing sweet, and sexy, romance novels. Her books have endings that make her readers smile, touch their hearts, and sometimes clap for they love the essence of reality they provide.

She is an early riser waking with spiritual energy, which she pours into her novels. Kathie lives in a small town in Upstate New York and vacations on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. As a member of the U.S. Lighthouse Society, Kathie having climbed many lighthouses to the top and out on the rim, brings that joy to her readers. She especially loves the lighthouse beam and the Fresnel lens in guiding watercraft to shore avoiding the challenging channels. She hopes her writing brings peace, joy, and inspiration to everyone who reads them.

A mentor once told her, there are no problems in this world, only challenges, and opportunities. She has followed his philosophy her entire career. “We have two choices,” she says. “We can accept what comes into our lives every moment of every day, or we can let it go and not give it our energy.” We always have a choice. "The Truth" will always prevail.

She has been married to her high school sweetheart for fifty years. They have two children and two grandchildren. They also have two cats and a black Arabian horse. Kathie will always miss the pets she has had over the years. On her Book Dedication page is a photo of her cat, Pumpkin, whom she refers to as the rose in her heart. Kathie knows that she and Pumpkin will be reunited.
