John Rivera

John Rivera is the founder of Vive Consulting, a dynamic thought leader, and the author of The Climb – Practical Lessons for Today’s Leader and Between Mountains: The Inevitable Return to the Valley. With over 30 years of senior-level experience, John specializes in process management, organizational development, and leadership training. He has guided churches, nonprofits, and teams to define vision, strengthen systems, and execute with excellence. John began serving in ministry as a youth leader in the 1980s and has since held roles including deacon, teacher, ministry leader, and overseer. A seasoned mentor, consultant, and communicator, he continues to equip leaders and organizations to fulfill their mission and expand their impact. John earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from William Paterson University, graduating summa cum laude.
