Michael Alan McMillon

Michael is known for his expressive creativity, making people smile and laugh with silly dances and witty songs. Even more so, he's known to be an encourager and a person who believes in celebrating everything - even the small things. He is constantly providing positive and uplifting words to those in need and prays for them as well. Michael became a minister under his father's church after responding to his calling to use his gift of discernment; as he spoke life and poured into the people around him, it allowed others to encounter and experience the love of God in a new way. His passion for prophetic speaking, teaching, and music allowed him to serve others and continue to show God's love to people even outside his family's church. So, he started speaking and ministering to people in other churches, organizations, and small gatherings. During this season, as he realized that he could operate in a gift of prophecy and receiving spiritual insight, he never left a church service without giving someone a prophetic word. He believed that everyone is in God's heart and that God loves to reveal His purpose and plan for their life.

Michael continues to walk in the prophetic and also sings with cofounded music group Nu Covenant. With Nu Covenant, he has shared many levels of success with his brothers, where their motto is "Love Draws." This phrase has become Michael's motto because it simply means that when one truly experiences the Love of God, it will draw one closer to Him and motivate one to love people. Michael has also won individual and group accolades. Some of the achievements include Top 48 on America's Got Talent, a nomination for Musician of the Year, Artist of the Year, 1st place in the Arts Showcase Competition, and 1st place in Cleveland's Got Talent. Michael and Nu Covenant have also been on NBC, Fox 8, Channel 19, Channel 5, WKYC 3, and many other streaming platforms and Radio stations such as 94.5fm, 95.9fm 107.9 FM, 93.1 FM, 89.1 FM, and VoiceItRadio.

Michael came from a musical family where his parents, alongside his grandmother Archie Mae McMillon released an album in 1988 with the Fair Family Singers. Michael took an interest in playing the guitar after learning that his great grandfather Archie Fair taught BB King his first chords on guitar; however, Michael later picked up a bass guitar instead because he thought it seemed easier to play.

Michael also stays busy outside of his ministry; he currently hosts a room on Clubhouse (a social audio chatroom app) about managing and overcoming anxiety. This chatroom allows for a safe place and a judge-free zone for people to share their personal stories and struggles with anxiety, anxiety attacks, and panic attacks. As a result, many people have learned ways to reduce or get rid of their anxiety, and others have also received healing and prophetic words that encouraged them and lifted their spirits.

Just recently, Michael became a first-time author of his increasingly popular book titled “My Glasses Are Off”. Addressing the perspective on loving yourself and others based on God's love for us, he has gotten incredibly positive feedback from everyone who read and continues to read it.

Michael's ultimate goal is to travel the world and spread the Love of Christ while motivating and reminding people of their purpose, destiny, and ways to fulfill them. His heart is to see the same miracles that were manifested when Jesus walked the earth
