Diane is a science educator, writer, and founder of the Wild & Well Project. Her writing is shaped by my lifelong love of books and decades spent working alongside children and families. Across all her work, she is drawn to stories that help children feel seen. Diane's writing explores literacy, belonging, identity, and the everyday acts of care that shape communities across generations. Whether writing fiction, nonfiction, or educational resources, she is drawn to the stories and people often overlooked, those who quietly carry hope forward.

Diane believes children notice more than adults realize. Her work is an ongoing invitation to look again, listen more carefully, and make room for every child to be seen.
