Shawna Roch

I grew up in Edmonton, AB with both my parents and three brothers. I moved to Calgary, AB in 1994, where I met and married my best friend. In 2005 we moved to a small town called Black Diamond AB, where we built our dream home on Diamond Crescent and yes, I love diamonds. I am a momma to two fur babies and wife of 20 years, Bernie has been my rock supporting me all the way.

I shared my story in hopes to inspire women, I thrived in a male-dominated industry where I was up against all kinds of odds, but I prevailed over and over. The one thing I knew without a doubt was I am good at sales because I choose to do it my way, I knew when it came to sales, I was the secret sauce.

Since 2018 when I resigned from my job and the HVAC Industry, I have been on a personal growth journey that has taught me forgiveness, gratitude, and love. Through this journey, I fell in love with the coaching industry. I am honored to bring together my 25 years of sales and marketing, combined with my experience and certifications in Numerology, Universal Laws, Reiki, and The Success Principles to help other women.

I am a Mindset & Success Coach, Founder of the Aligned Selling Method. I am passionate about helping heart-centered female entrepreneurs sell with confidence in a way that feels as easy as having a conversation.
