I have been writing for most of my life. Like most writers I have written and submitted short stories to various periodicals, started novel after novel, note I didn’t say finished, and dabbled in various other forms of writing.

Finally, after years of wandering through the writing world, I settled into a niche that I have been actively working and playing in for decades, game design, specifically table top role-playing games. I’ve been playing them since I was 13 years old, thank you Gary Gygax! About 8 years ago I decided that rather than keeping track of the rules for the nearly dozen games I run for friends, I wanted my own set of rules. (Of course I’m still running those games and buying more. I need to learn more games to be the best designer I can be. Yea, let’s go with that.)

Thus, and my wife will hate my using this phrase, I began an 8 year journey to design my own game. After all that time MacroVerse Games is in the final stretch as I’m now working to produce prototype games for a play testing dream I have before I take the plunge putting the game on the market.

While I continue to work with fine tuning a play ready MacroVerse game, Calamity Jane, Paranormal Investigator, I wanted to find a way to help support everything I need to produce the prototypes and decided that I wanted to start publishing short form books.

Thank you KDP for making self publishing a reality for so many writers like myself. Now that I’ve made the decision to venture out of game design, a simultaneously welcome and frustrating distraction, I’m venturing back into writing stories and nonfiction works. I know that right now the bench isn't very deep, but check back frequently as I'll be publishing more books regularly and I'm sure I'll eventually hit on something you'll eventually enjoy.
