Jenny is an empowerment specialist, EFT and NLP Practitioner in addition to being a motivational speaker and mindfulness coach for women who want emotional balance and healing.

Jenny is passionate about helping others find their voices, heal past wounds and step into their power, and is on a mission to influence, empower and inspire millions of GLOW Goddesses around the world.

Jenny loves health and wellness, travelling, being in nature and by the sea, writing books and poetry, and making her crystal jewellery and bookmarks.

Jenny builds her businesses globally online and lives in London with her partner.
