Dan Prock

Dan Prock was a college baseball pitcher, a mechanical engineer in quality assurance, and returned to university to gain a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology. He worked at Cummins Engine for seven years, where was exposed to the Toyota Production System at Komatsu. In the 1990s he was with the Kaizen Institute of America leading continuous improvement in automotive suppliers in the USA. In the 2000s he worked for Optiprise, consulting in knowledge work improvement, and from 2010 to 2015 at Caterpillar in product development. He continues to consult and give speeches on leadership development and the sensei way at work.
