Ricardo A. Herrera

Rick Herrera is an award-winning author and Senior Historian, George Washington Leadership Institute at George Washington's Mount Vernon. He is also Professor, retired, U.S. Army War College. Herrera is now editing a collection of letters tentatively titled "A Most Uncommon Soldier: The Life, Letters, and Journal of Edward Ashley Bowen Phelps, 1814-1893," to be published by the University Press of Kansas.
