Jon L. was born in Cincinnati, OH. He is the single father of his son, Justice. His life experiences and their father-son journey was the inspiration behind the Johnny's Life Lessons Collection of stories. His passion to build, teach and give back to his community has led him on a mission of empowering others through coaching youth sports for over ten years, leading support groups and story telling.

Through his writings, he desires to enlighten and challenge readers to make real life emotional connections with the stories in the Johnny's Life Lessons Collection. It is his hope that Johnny's Life Lessons will create a safe environment to examine the emotional complexities of life; as seen through the eyes of children.
