Ian MacRae

Ian MacRae is a psychologist and award-winning author. He completed a BA (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of British Columbia (2011) and an MSc Research Methods in Psychology from University College London in 2012. He has published six books including High Potential: How to spot, manage and develop talented people at work. His books have been translated into 10 different languages, and he has developed workplace psychometric assessments that have been used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
