Melissa Irene Eights-educator, entrepreneur, and toy creator-was born in Aruba and attended St. Thomas University in Miami Florida, and Capella University in Minneapolis Minnesota. Eights enjoys making educational products. Among the many books she has authored, It Is Going To Rain is special because she created a skill based toy to accompany the book.
