Ryan Opaz

Ryan is the co-founder of Catavino.net and CatavinoTours.com where he helps people to discover Portugal and Spain through custom luxury food and wine tours and events. He is the co-author and photographer of the book Foot-Trodden: Portugal and the wines that time forgot and was also the photographer for Porto: Stories from Portugal's Historic Bolhão Market and The Amber Revolution. Today he lives in Porto, Portugal where he loves guiding people through Portugal's rich wine and food landscapes.
