Isis Ortiz

Isis J. Ortiz-Belton is a financial services and banking professional with over 14 years of experience. She is a Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Eastern Bank and has held various other roles at leading financial institutions.

Isis is an active community leader, DEI champion, and strong advocate for the education and financial literacy of minority students and the rights of women, BIPOC and those identifying as LGBTQ+.

She is the President for the Boston chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America, a Board of Trustees for Phoenix Charter Academy Network, a Board Member for Central Catholic High School, an Advisory Council member for the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club, and a Committee Member for the Cummings Foundation.

Isis holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Business Management from Emmanuel College, an MSF from New England Institute of Business at Cambridge College, and an MBA from Bentley University. She’s a 2018 Latinos for Education Board Fellow, a Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce 2021 Boston Future Leaders Fellow, and a 2021 LEADS Lawrence Fellow. Most recently, Isis was recognized as a 2021 Latinx Amplifier, a 2021 and 2022 Latina Rising Star by the Association of Latino Professionals for America, a 2023 Leading Women Award recipient by the Girls Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, and a 2023 ALX100 Honoree. She is also co-author of Extraordinary Latinas.

Isis was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and raised with significant Dominican influence. She currently resides with her wife in Lawrence, MA and identifies with the pronouns she, her, and hers.
