Stephen T Hicks

Stephen (Steve) T. Hicks is originally from Barrington Rhode Island. He moved to Colorado in the Fall of 1978 to attend Denver University graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Patricia (Patsy) and their dog Patriot. When Steve’s son Reed was 5 and his Stepdaughter Valerie was 7, he started telling them the bedtime story of The Saga “Adventures of the Amazing Pond Animals”. Reed and Valerie, both loved hearing about the animal’s adventures and begged before bed for another episode. Over the years, as the kids grew, they still loved to hear the stories and Patsy always inspired Steve to write The Saga about the animal’s adventures. When Covid hit and the family business was suspended, Steve finally, having a lot of time on his hands and more encouragement from Patsy, put pen to paper. A portion of the proceeds of The Saga will go to help fund research for Lymphoma and Leukemia.
