Sharon Brown is the founder of The Book Chief, a multi-award-winning publishing house that has supported and published over 300 authors across more than 15 countries. Known for its straight-talking approach and genuine care for authors, The Book Chief champions books that matter and voices that deserve to be heard.

Alongside publishing, Sharon created Authors Rising Magazine, a platform celebrating authors and their books while sharing industry insight, interviews, and behind-the-scenes knowledge. The company also hosts in-house awards every three years, recognising the achievements and progress of its author community.

Sharon is the lead author on over 15 collaborative books and the best-selling author of Sell The Damn Book, the first in The Damn Book Series. Her work is designed to cut through confusion and empower authors to write, publish, and market their books with confidence, clarity, and credibility.

She believes publishing should feel supportive, transparent, and achievable — and that no author should have to figure it all out alone.
