Joy - Choose to be joyful; it's not an emotion; it's a way of being; it comes from within and is present regardless of circumstance.

Beautiful Chaos - It's all about perspective and choosing to see potential and opportunity in the messiness and trust the process.

Space - Allowing myself and others to "be" and be ok with not having all the answers; allowing the unspoken to be known and heard.
