Ron Jesiolowski bio

Ron has been drawing since he was a very young age fascinated by early Saturday morning and Disney cartoons. He began his professional career in the early 70’s at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Pgh, PA. Over the years he continued honing his skills and style eventually acquiring a degree in a Master of Design program from Westminster University in Surrey, England. Having an extremely successful career in corporate design, he led large branding and creative design departments for both industrial and consumer product corporations such as Westinghouse, DelMonte, and Glaxo- SmithKline but always focused on his love of art and animation. He has been an active member of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh for well over 30 years and his work has been featured in exhibitions throughout the Pittsburgh region, a number have been acquired and are a part of permanent collections in the Pittsburgh area.


After over forty years in business he then retired to follow his love of fine art and teaching and is currently Professor of Drawing, Painting and Printmaking for a few local universities in the Pittsburgh area.
