Katie Miller is a dedicated Mind-Body Healing and Trauma Resolution Guide who believes in the power of pausing, breathing, and recognizing the options that life presents. She understands that sometimes, we all need a metaphorical pause button to help us step back, assess our situation, and see the myriad of possibilities ahead. Drawing from a diverse set of healing modalities she has explored in her personal journey, Katie crafts individualized paths to wellness for her clients, recognizing that there is no singular "right way" to achieve healing and growth.

With a steadfast commitment to empowering others, Katie's primary mission is to help her clients find their purpose and take control of their "emotional remote control". She believes that by reprogramming our emotional responses, we can consciously trigger positive emotional states rather than falling prey to negative emotional triggers.

In addition to her work as a trauma resolution guide, Katie is deeply involved in suicide prevention efforts as the Assistant Director and Co-Founder of the Teen Suicide Prevention Society. Alongside her family, Katie strives to put suicide intervention programs out of business by equipping individuals with the skills and resources they need to overcome personal struggles and nurture a positive mental state. Combining her passion for individual healing with a broader mission for societal wellness, Katie is a beacon of hope and transformation in the lives of those she touches.
