Cellus Hamilton

Cellus Hamilton is an author, rap artist, speaker, and minister whose writing sits at the intersection of faith, culture, hip-hop, Black history, relationships, and spiritual formation. Originally from Atlanta and now based in New York City, Hamilton brings a rare combination of artistic experience, theological reflection, and cultural analysis to his work.

He is the author of If Jesus Was a Rapper, Why Men Shouldn’t Have Sex Before Marriage, and Let My People Flow: Hip-Hop and the Black Prophetic Tradition. His work is known for being honest, accessible, culturally aware, and deeply rooted in Christian conviction.

He lives in New York City with his wife, Denya, and their two sons.
