Hello and welcome to my author page! I'm Constantin, and I love to convey knowledge in words in a short and crisp way. That's my job. For over 20 years I have been working as a writer for german glossy magazines like Glamour, myself, Instyle, Vogue or GQ.

To date, I have sat in on over 3,000 lectures, medical congresses, press events and symposia. I've given talks to doctors, journalists and influencers - and tested more than (an incredible) 5,000 creams, serums, gels and lotions on myself. I even tested for two years how my skin changes when I don't use any creams at all.

Of course, so much experience leaves its mark: like a walking beauty encyclopaedia, I know pretty much every good active ingredient, every treatment at the dermatologist, and every major cosmetic brand. And: I love Botox. And hyaluron fillers. And I stand by it :-)))

To be honest, I have even saved "my" dermatologist, with whom I work out everything together (and test everything with her), as a favourite in my mobile phone.

And I put my knowledge into books now.

The idea of "The Big Book" is quickly explained: Basically, each book covers a specific mini-topic. A chapter, so to speak, thoroughly illuminated. And that's great for you as a reader! Because instead of writing a thick, expensive tome with 4,000 pages on the subject of beauty, for example, I offer small bites. That's why "The Big Book" is also a journey. New topics, new books will be added all the time. (And, if I may say so: Side by side, the individual books look sooo great! Thanks to my great illustrator, Mathias Leidgschwendner, who is simply the best in the world! I honestly love his work. Hope you like it too.)
