Heidi R. Andersen, Diversity & Inclusion Thought Leader and the Founder of the LIVING INSTITUTE in 2004 - a leading global diversity intelligence consultancy.

Heidi is a founding partner, author, frequent keynote speaker, lecturer and media contributor.

As an expert on diversity intelligence, Heidi primarily works in organizations enhancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging by infusing diversity intelligence to improve human systems.

Heidi is the author of 'Diversity Intelligence How to Create a Culture of Inclusion for your Business' (2021) – a step by step handbook on enhancing DEIB in organizations worldwide.

She worked with communications and corporate identity at Bang & Olufsen and has held prominent positions in private organisations and cofounded several cultural institutions.

Heidi studied Strategy, Growth and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School, and she is a certified LEGO Serious Play Practitioner.

She is a member of LIVING INSTITUTE’s Global Task Force and has been working in the USA, India, Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Estonia, Slovenia, Norway and Portugal.

She is a member of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals Advisory Board of the Federation of Danish Industry.
