Heather Masco

Heather Masco is a full-time registered nurse in Denver, Colorado. She received her BSN from the University of Colorado and BAs in English and German Secondary-Education from Michigan State University. She lives with her husband and two sons in the front range mountains, where she enjoys numerous outdoor sports and activities.

Writing poetry is one of Heather’s greatest passions. She thrives on the intricate play of words, their sounds, meanings, ability to stir one’s emotions and thoughts, and to create visual images with in a person's mind. She enjoys their complexity and their beauty. She finds inspiration for her writing from everyday life as a wife and mother, through her profession as a nurse, from the time she spends in nature, and through her quiet times with Jesus Christ. She hopes that readers will see the enduring love of Jesus within the words of her poetry and that these words will inspire new and renewed relationships with Him.
