Russell Pearson

Russell is a Deputy Headteacher, podcaster and author based in Devon.

After studying for an English Literature degree at Roehampton University, he completed a PGCE at Canterbury Christchurch, where he specialised in History. Russell has since worked in four primary schools. He has been a Maths Lead (and SLE), an Assessment Coordinator, an Assistant Head and is now a Deputy Headteacher.

Russell runs 'The Dynamic Deputies Podcast' with his close friend and co-author, Steven Eastes.
