I am a researcher, global educator and a coach focusing on the Future of Work. I seek to discover the higher purpose of work. Work to me is profoundly human. My passion in life is to develop innovative human centered approaches to talent in organizations. I teach at New York University and lecture globally. My book " Humans at Work" is about the radical pivot we need to make towards human-centered workplaces. "The Digital Coaching Revolution" captures that moment in the history of technology when coaching is being transformed from the exclusive to a more democratic methodology and from highly limited to the broadly accessible one. Universal availability of personalized and universally available coaching transforms learning, development, performance and many other important aspects of today's work.
