Hayley Koseoglu

Hayley Koseoglu is a successful, serial entrepreneur. Starting her first business at the age of 18, Crystal Clean Service, Hayley grew it to employ in excess of 100 people and with a high 6 figure turnover. Upon turning 26 she exited the day to day running of the business, while retaining 100% shareholding and became the CEO. Hayley then went on to support other businesses with a focus on problem solving and improving the internal operations by implementing systems and processes. Her strength is getting the business to an efficient, effective and sustainable position by building its foundations ready for successful growth.

Today, Hayley owns 3 successful companies, all of which operate without her daily involvement, as well as this she is also a Non-Executive Director. She has a won multiple awards for Business Person of the Year, Customer Service Excellence, Business Growth and Employer of the Year.
