Hal Kitchings

Hal Kitchings is a Senior Pastor. Dr. Kitchings attended Mississippi College, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and lastly, Midwestern Baptist Theological seminary for his doctoral work. He has been married to his wife, Kellie, for almost forty years and has two adult children. This book is dedicated to his three grandsons--Clayton, Lincoln, and Braven.

Hal is a third-generation pastor. He enjoys sports, friendships, and can often been found reading in a coffee shop. His greatest passion is growing in his personal relationship with Jesus Christ and helping others do the same. Although he's written another book, "Three Mississippi," his most recent work, "Next Verse," helps guide the reader in knowing how to know Christ personally. This helps fuel his passion.
