Terrence Denoyer

Terrence (Terry) Denoyer is a researcher and usability analyst in the field of large-scale government technology implementations. He has worked closely with leaders in the public sector for 20+ years. After attending James Madison University where he earned a degree in computer information systems, Terry's work began at KPMG, consulting for federal agencies (e.g., IRS, DOJ, CDC) in their digital modernizations. Joining Gartner and moving to New York City, he was given the opportunity to work with visionary and inspirational K-12 school district leaders across the country. Inspired by their passion and courage, Terry turned his attention to supporting those that are addressing the inequitable challenges in public education.

He is a co-founder of the K-12 advisory firm, Thru (thru.co). Terry lives with his wife, son and dogs in eastern Connecticut.
