Nicholas Goldsworthy

The author lives in the North West of England and thoroughly enjoyed writing 'Bruce' and other children's stories some 25 years ago for his three young children's bedtime stories. Now his children are adults with children of their own, Nicholas's grandsons and other children can start to enjoy the charming tales.

'Bruce', Nicholas's first story gives life to a young Spruce tree and his quest to become 'King of the Forest', against all the odds.

Nicholas is also an accomplished artist and his paintings are in high demand. He has a special interest in Landscape Art and particularly painting in watercolour, so he decided to illustrate his books himself. He sells and exhibits his paintings in several galleries in the North of England and the island of Menorca and is passionate about bringing his book characters to life.

With three more children's stories already in the pipeline, there will be more to discover !
