I started working for NetSuite in February 2012, in the Technical Services team within the Professional Services department. Now we're known as Customer Success, but we have the same mission. We are responsible for delivering business process efficiencies, in the form of customizations using things like SuiteScript and integrations using SuiteTalk. I work on the front-lines, architecting larger client projects along with various teams of other smart & talented NetSuiters.

From the beginning, I in the pool of consultants helping new clients implement the product, and that was a tough environment at first. NetSuite consultants have to learn the client’s requirements very quickly and implement them in as little time as possible. And since we work for the company who makes the product, we're held to a very high standard for the quality and efficiency of the things we build for NetSuite's clients.

In the many years I have worked for NetSuite, I've learned a lot about how clients use NetSuite and the best ways to get them running on the product in the shortest time possible. I want to share that info with the world through my books.
