Originally, the wordburger stand was an imaginary place where words were made into poems. It resembled a concession booth in a nighttime carnival. But it sat all by itself on the side of a dark, leafy, country road under a starry sky, where it was brilliantly illuminated with string lights. Eventually, the stand became a hut and words were also made into fictional little stories. Now it celebrates a novel.
