Naresh Agarwal is an academic, painter, author, speaker, and learner. He is an Associate Professor and Director of Information Science & Technology Concentration at Simmons University, Boston, USA. He is the President of the Association for Information Science & Technology and founded its South Asia chapter. Born and brought up in the Himalayan town of Gangtok, Sikkim, Naresh did his Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Ph.D. at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He authored 'Exploring Context in Information Behavior', and co-authored another book in two versions - 'Engineering to Ikigai: 25 journeys towards Purpose' (South Asia) and 'You Know the Glory, Not the Story: 25 journeys towards Ikigai' (International). He started “Project Oneness World” (projectonenessworld.com) to gather human stories through interviews.
