Bill Wilks

Dr. Bill Wilks is the Lead Pastor of NorthPark Church in Trussville, Alabama, where he has served since 1999. He has a Doctor of Ministry degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has frequently served as an Adjunct Professor at the New Orleans Baptist Theological extension in Birmingham, Alabama. Bill and his wife, Rondie, are passionate about personal disciple-making and work together to lead NorthPark to be a strong disciple-making church.

Bill is also the founder of D-Life, the author of four D-Life Journals, D-Life Online, and his most recent book, The Greater Work—Disciple-Making. Anytime. Anywhere. These resources are used by churches across the U.S and in several other countries to equip others to make disciples who make disciples. Bill and Rondie travel extensively to share D-Life with other churches, associations, and state conventions, and have trained thousands of believers for a lifestyle of disciple-making.

Most importantly, Bill is the proud father to Josh, Jake, and Jared, and a loving pop to his grandchildren, Liv and Roman. He enjoys sports, reading, writing, and every second he can spend time with his family.
