Karma Tsondru

Karma Tsondru is the pen name of Miguel Alcaide (Badalona, 1964), a writer whose work explores consciousness through storytelling.

From an early age, he felt drawn to stories that went beyond mere entertainment, those that quietly leave a question lingering in the reader’s mind. For more than three decades, he built a professional career in executive roles within an American multinational company, while writing remained a personal path rather than a public pursuit.

In 2007, his encounter with Buddhist philosophy marked a turning point, shaping both his way of understanding life and, over time, his narrative voice.

In 2020, he published his first book, The Dragon in the Tiger’s Nest, beginning a literary journey that blends imagination, introspection, and lived experience. His stories do not seek to provide answers, but to open spaces where readers may encounter what often only appears when one stops searching.
