Rania Mankarious
Rania Mankarious is a writer, on-air analyst, and CEO of Crime Stoppers Houston. Lover of people, their stories and our future, she has been seen and heard on national/local TV and radio for over a decade as a legal, family, crime, mental health, and parenting expert. She’s combined her interests with a focus on sharing life-changing and often life-saving information. A widely recognized face and voice, Rania has been known to break stories locally and nationally that hit the core of what women and families care about. She has written over 200 public safety articles including her long time column Sunday Mornings with Rania. She is also host of The Balanced Voice Podcast.
Rania received her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and she completed her Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of Houston Law Center. She also sits on the national team for Safe and Sound Schools: A Sandy Hook Initiative. Citing a personal mission to serve families and engage the public to better society, Rania, a wife and mother of three, is leading by example.
