Matt Picheny is a real estate investor, operator, entrepreneur, best-selling author, and two-time Tony AwardŽ-winning producer. As Founder and Managing Partner of Picheny, he has served as a General Partner on nearly 5,000 apartment units representing more than 675 million in real estate acquisitions. Before real estate, Matt spent nearly two decades building businesses and leading multidisciplinary teams for major global companies and brands including Visa, IBM, Verizon, and Coca-Cola.
