Neal E. Fischer

Neal E. Fischer is an award-winning filmmaker, author, and podcaster dubbed a “pop culture maven” by Library Journal. Neal’s film and commercial credits include the award-winning documentary 10 Mountains 10 Years, narrated by Anne Hathaway; #WhoKilledHeather, an innovative branded web series; countless short films and features screened worldwide, as well as directing national and Super Bowl campaigns for Dunkin' Donuts, Kraft/Heinz, and Cars. Neal is the author of eight books on subjects including Patrick Swayze, TV sitcoms, film trivia, middle-grade biographies, and a fan guide to Law & Order: SVU. He also hosts the podcasts Triviality and Curated by Chance, reaching millions globally.

Neal lives in Chicago with his wife, Colleen, a theatre director and special education instructor.
