Pete and Sandra decided to write their first book at the start of 2020 as the Covid 19 pandemic was striking. The interim months have been a difficult time for everyone across the globe and their decision to add a little more uncertainty to their lives by writing their first book at the same time, added to the mix.

They have each had a successful career in the banking industry spanning more than 30 years. Working in senior management positions they supported a wide range of businesses.

In 2010, they decided to set up a business consultancy company – Bluebell Business.

Their company has worked with many entrepreneurs since its inception but latterly found itself supporting an increasing number of start-up businesses. They work closely with the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, the University Business School at Staffordshire University and have also mentored at Keele University. Sandra takes an active role in promoting women’s enterprise.

Having found helping start-up business owners incredibly rewarding they decided to make new business entrepreneurs the focus of their company.

They have packaged their experience and knowledge, hints, tips, and best practice into their first book developed specially for start-up entrepreneurs and are delighted to now be published authors.

Their mission is to equip start-up business owners, with what they call the ‘Key Drivers’; the elements that they believe are necessary to create a successful business. They have incorporated these into their business planning tools, which are available to download from their new book. They are very excited to share these documents, which will allow readers to produce a fully detailed business plan.

This has been a legacy project for them with the aim of supporting a new generation of entrepreneurs.
