Amy is an irrepressible book lover, embracing all genres as a reader, an academic, and a writer. Amy’s upcoming release is NORTHSHINE. As an author, she writes fiction about love and family, and she also writes under the name Amy Matthews. Amy is a podcaster, co-hosting the AMY & BOOK CLUB with five of her postgraduate students. Amy has a PhD in Creative Writing and is an Associate Professor at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia, where she researches and teaches in the field of popular genre fictions, particularly romance, historical fiction, and fictions of climate change.
