As a Caribbean-born author, my debut young adult novel, The Circle Armor, is a reflection of my upbringing in Trinidad and Tobago. Growing up, I was exposed to the stories of our local folklore, watched Star Trek and Star Wars with my family, and was influenced by the works of Anne Rice. These diverse influences have fueled my passion for creating stories that seamlessly blend science and fantasy to address complex societal issues such as racism and gender inequality.
With this genre, I want to provide a safe space for readers to engage with these issues and spark meaningful discussions. In my debut novel, The Circle Armor, I explore the complexities of human duality. Join me on this journey as I continue to explore the world of science fantasy, and sign up for my mailing list to stay up to date on new releases and behind-the-scenes sneak peeks.
