Sid Smith

Sid Smith has twice served as Chief of Police. His career in law enforcement spans nearly five decades in two states, and he is a recognized expert in and instructor of public safety background investigation. He has published job-technical works and articles in several professional journals. Bound By Honor is a tribute to the women and men with whom he has been prviliged to serve.
