Hayden Orme is the Founder & CEO of Handled. By Hayden & Co., where she helps founders and CEOs intentionally design businesses that better support the humans leading them. An international speaker, three-time bestselling co-author, and award-winning leader, Hayden brings more than two decades of experience, both in her corporate career supporting Fortune 5 C-suite executives and now as a founder herself.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, business design, and exceptional executive support. Through her Executive Anchor Diagnostic and strategic advisory services, Hayden guides leaders to identify where their businesses have become too dependent on them, clarify what truly requires their leadership, and build the support and decision-making systems that create capacity for sustainable growth.

A licensed 50-ton Master Merchant Mariner Captain, Hayden has also captained private yachts. Her love of the ocean and sailing influences both her leadership philosophy and her writing, where navigation frequently becomes a metaphor for building a meaningful life and business on your own terms.
