Anne Goldman

Anne Goldman’s books include two collections of creative nonfiction: HOUSE OF FRAGILE THINGS: ESSAYS ON IMPERMANENCE, forthcoming in 2027 and the winner of the 2025 River Teeth Literary Nonfiction Book Prize, and STARGAZING IN THE ATOMIC AGE: ESSAYS, a KIRKUS Best Book of 2021. Her short fiction, essays, and reviews have also appeared in the GEORGIA REVIEW, the LOS ANGELES REVIEW OF BOOKS, TIN HOUSE, SOUTHWEST REVIEW, GETTYSBURG REVIEW, the GUARDIAN, FOURTH GENRE, and elsewhere. Goldman has also published three scholarly books: MARIA AMPARO RUIZ DE BURTON: CRITICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PERSPECTIVES (2004), CONTINENTAL DIVIDES: REVISIONING AMERICAN LITERATURE (2000), and TAKE MY WORD: AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL INNOVATIONS OR ETHNIC AMERICAN WORKING WOMEN (1996).
