K.L. Hale is a Christ-following mother, grandmother, former educator/R.V. dweller, and old soul. When she is not writing, drinking coffee, talking about family, or hiking in the woods, she is playing with her furry companion, Finley River. K.L. is a lifelong learner, dreamer, and forever optimist. Today, she lives in Springfield, Missouri. K.L. is battling a rare Stage I.V. cancer called Neuroendocrine Cancer.
