Mallory Herrin, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CPLC, is the CEO and Principal HR Consultant of HerrinHR, a full-service Human Resources Consultancy located in Dallas, Texas. She has a passion for HR and helping other HR professionals take their work to the next level. Herrin has seen the positive impacts on HR professionals and the companies they work for when HR is valued as a strategic function.

Beyond being a passionate HR professional, Mallory is also a wife, mother to two wonderful children, and dog mom. She volunteers for several organizations, including Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Dallas CASA, DallasHR, and others.
