Hitesh Goenka, who lives in Kolkata, India, is the author of Anything But This: Dealing with Migraine Sans Medicine, his non-fiction book on the neurological disease migraine, published by Garuda Prakashan in 2022. Nowadays, he watches K-dramas, eats many probiotic (fermented) and prebiotic (sun-cooked) foods, practises Shivambu therapy, bounces on a mini-trampoline to address his 2 dozen migraine symptoms, uses a grounding mat for hours each day, and walks in nearby parks.
